惠迪口服联合加味附子理中汤保留灌肠治疗脾肾阳虚型溃疡性结肠炎临床研究

目的：评价美沙拉嗪肠溶片（惠迪）联合加味附子理中汤保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效与安全性。方法：将符合纳入标准的溃疡性结肠炎患者78例随机分成两组,治疗组58例,对照组20例。治疗组：美沙拉嗪肠溶片（惠迪）口服;对照组：柳氮磺吡啶（SASP）肠溶片口服。两组均在口服药物的基础上加用加味附子理中汤保留灌肠。结果：治疗组和对照组的临床疗效分别为98.28%、75.00%,不良反应发生率分别为1.72%、15.00%,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：美沙拉嗪肠溶片（惠迪）联合加味附子理中汤保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效确切,不良反应发生率低,安全可靠

Clinical Research of the Mesalazine Slice Dissolved in Intestine（Hui Di）combination with the Soup of Fuzilizhong on Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis

Objective To evaluation the clinical curative effect and safety about the mesalazine slice dissolved in intestine（Hui Di） in the treatment of ulcerative colitis（UC）.Methods：The match standard patients with ulcerative colitis will randomly be divided into：the treatment group（n=58）which take the mesalazine slice dissolved in intestine（Hui Di） and the control group（n=20）which take Liu Dan Huang An Mao pethidine（SASP） slice dissolved in intestine.2 groups all add to use the soup of Fuzilizhong reservation in the intestine,for up to 4 weeks.Results：The clinical therapeutic effects of the treatment group and control distinguish to 98.28%,75.00% and the rate of bad responds distinguish to 1.72%,15.00%,2 groups have statistics meaning（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The mesalazine slice dissolved in intestine（Hui Di） to associately add flavor to attach the soup of FuZiLiZhong reservation in the intestine in the treatment ulcerative colitis curative effect accurate,the rate of the bad responds is low,safety and credibility,is worth expanding and applying
