益胃合剂联合西药治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎临床研究

目的：观察益胃合剂联合西药治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效及其不良反应。方法：符合纳入标准的90例慢性萎缩性胃炎,按就诊先后顺序,随机（随机数字表法）分为2组。对照组40例,采用胶体果胶铋胶囊,150 mg/次,4次/d,餐前服;阿莫西林胶囊,1.0 g/次,2次/d;克拉霉素片0.5 g/次,2次/d,餐后服;7 d后,上药停用,改为合欢香叶酯50 mg/次,3次/d,口服。治疗组50例,于对照组基础上加用益胃合剂,3次/d,20 mL/次,口服。2组均3月为1疗程,连用2疗程后统计疗效。结果：治疗组50例,有效率88.00%;对照组40例,有效率67.50%。两组比较有显著性差异,P〈0.05,治疗组优于对照组。两组患者均按时完成了研究,未发现药物有明显的不良反应。结论：益胃合剂联合西药治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎有较好的临床疗效,且药源广泛,价格低廉,制备简单,不良反应小。

Clinical Research of Benefit Stomach Mixture Combined Western Medicine Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect and side effects of benefit stomach mixture joint western medicine treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods：90 cases with the criteria of chronic atrophic gastritis,according to order,randomly（random number table method） is divided into two groups.40 patients in the control group were treated by the colloid pectin bismuth capsule,150 mg/times,four times/d,before meal served;Amoxicillin capsule,1.0 g/time,2 times a/d;Clarithromycin piece of 0.5 g/time,2 times a/d,taking after dinner;7 d out of service,bay leaf ester 50 mg/meadow,3 times/d,oral.50 cases in treatment group based on control group,taking YongYi stomach mixture,3 times/d,20 mL/time,oral.Two groups are March 1 or 2,for treatment course,doing statistical curative effect.Results：Effective rate of 50 cases,the treatment group was 88.00%;the effective rate of 40 patients in the control group was 67.50%.it has significant differences between the two groups,P0.05,the treatment group than in control group.Two groups of patients are finished the study,did not find the side effects of drugs.Conclusion：Benefit stomach mixture combined western medicine treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis have better clinical curative effect,and pharmaceutical widely,the price is cheap,simple preparation,less side effects.
