地黄饮子对血管性痴呆大鼠学习记忆能力及大脑皮层NO、NOS含量的影响

摘    要:目的:观察地黄饮子对血管性痴呆(vascular denlentia,VD)大鼠学习记忆功能及其一氧化氮(NO)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)含量的影响。方法:清洁级健康Wistar大鼠90只,雄性,体质量(200±20)g,随机平均分为6组:空白组、假手术组、模型组、安理申组、地黄饮子高剂量组、地黄饮子低剂量组。采用反复夹闭双侧颈总动脉、同时腹腔注射硝普纳法制备血管性痴呆动物模型。利用水迷宫实验对各组大鼠进行行为学检测及测定大脑皮层NO、NOS含量。结论:地黄饮子能降低血管性痴呆大鼠大脑皮层NO、NOS含量,改善血管性痴呆大鼠学习记忆能力。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of VD rats' ability of learning and memory,and the content of NO and NOS caused by Di Huang Yin Zi.Methods:90 Wistar rats were randomly divided into 6 groups:normal group,sham operation group,model group,Aricept group,Di Huang Yin Zi high-dose and low-dose group.The vascular dementia model of rat was established by clamping and releasing the common carotid arteries of both sides repeatly and intraperitoneal injection of sodium nitroprusside(SNP).The behavior of the rats was detected by water maze and meanwhile the content of the NO and NOS in cerebral cortex were measured.Results and Conclusion:Di Huang Yin Zi can reduce the content of NO and NOS in cerebral cortex of VD rats,improve the learning and memory ability of VD rats.
