中西医结合治疗面神经炎临床观察

目的：观察中西医结合治疗面神经炎临床疗效。方法：将120例面神经炎患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各60例。对照组口服地巴唑10 mg,3次/d,维生素B1 10 mg,3次/d;肌肉注射维生素B12 0.1 mg,1次/d。治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用中药治疗。两组都以7 d为1疗程,共治疗4疗程。结果：4疗程后,治疗组痊愈58例,有效2例,有效率100%;对照组痊愈39例,有效12例,无效9例,有效率85%。两组有效率比较,差异有显著性意义（P〈0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗面神经炎疗效显著。

Clinical Observation on Facial Paralysis Treated by Integrative Chinese and Western Medicine

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effects of integrative Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of facial neuritis.Methods：120 cases of facial neuritis were randomized into the treatment group and the control group with each of 60 cases.The control group was treated by western medicine,Dibazol 10 mg,3 times a day,vitamin B1 10 mg,3 times a day for oral administration and vitamin B12 0.1 mg for the daily intramuscular injection.The treatment group was treated with Chinese medicine based on the treatment given to the control group.Two groups both were treated for four courses with one week as a course of treatment.Results：After four courses,58 cases in the treatment group were cured and 2 cases were effective.The effective rate was 100%;39 cases in the control group were cured,12 cases were effective but 9 cases were ineffective.The effective rate was 85%.To compare the effective rates of two groups,the difference was markedly significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Treating facial neuritis with integrative Chinese and Western medicine can achieve noticeable effectiveness.
