| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨壮骨通络宝对原发性骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法：将65例原发性骨质疏松症患者，随机分为中药组和西药组，中药组应用壮骨通络宝治疗，西药组应用维生素D：加钙片治疗。结果：中药组有效率92．5％，骨密度（0．79±0．15）g／cm^2，西药组有效率65．0％，骨密度（0．70±0．09）g／cm^2，中药组上述指标均明显的高于西药组。结论：壮骨通络宝治疗原发性骨质疏松疗效确切。

| Abstract: | To discuss the clinical efficacy of Zhuanggutongluobao in treating primary osteoporosis. Methods： 65 cases of primary osteoporosis were randomly divided into Chinese medicine group and western medicine group. Chinese medicine group was treated with Zhuanggutongluobao, while the western medicine group was treated with vitanfin D2 plus calcium. Results： The effective rate of the Chinese medicine group was 92.5% with a bone mineral density of （0.79± 0.15） g/cm^2. The effective rate of the western medicine group was 65.0% with a bone mineral density of （0.70 ± 0.09） g/cm^2. The above indexes in the Chinese medicine group were significantly higher than the western medicine group. Conclusion： Zhuanggutongluobao is effective in treating primary osteoporosis. |
