针刺廉泉穴配合清音利咽散治疗卒中后吞咽困难临床研究

目的：探讨针刺廉泉穴配合清音利咽散治疗卒中后吞咽困难临床疗效。方法：采用随机单盲的试验方法设治疗组（46例）和对照组（40例）,两组均采用脑梗塞急性期治疗方案,治疗组在此基础上治疗组在此基础上,针刺廉泉穴,煎服清音利咽散。针刺1次/d,中药每日2次,15 d为1疗程,观察1疗程。结果：治疗组显效率58.70%,对照组35.00%,两组显效率有显著差异（P〈0.05）,治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论：针刺廉泉穴配合清音利咽散能显著改善卒中后吞咽困难。

Clinical Study on Acupuncturing Lianquan Combined with Qingyin Liyan Powder to Treat Dysphagia after Stroke

Objective：To objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupuncturing Lianquan combined with qingyin liyan powder to treat dysphagia after stroke.Methods：A randomized single-blind test method was adopted to set the treatment group（46 cases） and control group（40 cases）.Both groups used the treatment given at the acute cerebral infarction stage.The treatment group was acupunctured Lianquan and given the decoction of qingyin liyan powder on the basis of the above treatment.Acupuncture was given once a day;Chinese medicine was given twice a day with 15 days as a course of treatment,and then to observe for a course of treatment.Results：For the treatment of dysphagia after stroke,the effective rate of the treatment group was 58.70% while the control group was 35%.The χ2 test showed that the effective rates of both groups were significantly different and the treatment group was better than that of the control group in the aspect of therapeutic effects.Conclusion：Acupuncturing Lianquan combined with qingyin liyan powder can significantly improve dysphagia after stroke.
