| 摘 要： | 目的：评价手法整复后单“8”字绷带固定治疗肱骨外科颈骨折的临床疗效。方法：54例患者，采用手法整复后单“8”字绷带固定治疗，评价临床疗效。结果：治愈40例，好转11例，未愈3例，有效率94．4％。结论：该法固定合理，操作简单，能有效防止肩关节粘连、僵硬，最大程度恢复关节功能，值得临床推广使用。

| Abstract: | Objective：To evaluate the therapeutic effect of single ＂8＂-bandage fixation on humeral surgical neck fracture after manipulative reduction.Methods：Fifty-four patients with surgical neck fracture of humerus were treated with single ＂8＂-bandage fixation after manual reduction to evaluate the therapeutic efficacy.Results：Forty cases were cured completely;eleven cases were remitted and three cases were not healed.The curative rate was 74.1% and the effective rate was 94.4%.Conclusion：This treatment method has proved to be rational for fixation and simple for manipulation.It can effectively prevent shoulder joint adhesion and stiffness,and restore the joint function to the greatest possible extent,thus deserving promotion and application in clinic. |
