补中益气汤加减治疗胃下垂临床观察

目的：观察补中益气汤加减治疗胃下垂的临床疗效。方法：以补中益气汤加减，日1剂，水煎2次，每次取汁200mL，分早晚温服。并同时合用西药三磷酸腺苷注射液20mg，肌注，每日2次，（分别在早、午餐前30min）。结果：治愈32例，好转24例，无效1例，有效率98．2％。结论：补中益气汤加减与三磷酸腺苷注射液治疗胃下垂疗效显著。

Sooner or later runs and at the same time share western medicine adenosine triphosphate injection 20mg, muscle note ,2 times a day, and （before lunch respectively 30rain） Results：A course with 25 days, all 57 patients were treated two treatment. And after treatment at least track observation 2a. Cure 32 cases ; Better 24 patients ; 1 case ineffective ; Efficient 98.2%. Conclusion： Buzhongyiqi decoction joint western medicine adenosine triphosphatc injection treatment gastroptosis curative effect is significant.
