| 摘 要： | 目的：观察知柏地黄丸加减治疗阴虚阳亢型儿童多动症的疗效。方法：将85例确诊患者,随机分为2组。治疗组60例,采用知柏地黄丸加减治疗;对照组25例,采用利他林治疗。30d为1疗程。结果：治疗组总有效率为93.3%,对照组25例,P〈0.01。结论：知柏地黄丸加减具有滋补肝肾,育阴潜阳,宁神谧智的功能,对阴虚阳亢型儿童多动症有较好疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the efficacy of compatible application of Chinese herbs with the function of nourishing yin and subduing the yang,suppressing the liver and soothing nerves.Methods：Zhibai Dihuang Wan was modified（Anemarrhena,Phellodendron,Rehmannia glutinosa,turtle shell,etc.）in the treatment of 60 cases of the disease and 25 cases of control group were set up,which were given Ritalin for comparative study.Results：The total effective rate was 93.3%,control group of 25 cases（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：This recipe has the function of nourishing liver and kidney,nourishing yin and subduing the yang and soothing the nerves and mind. |
