| 摘 要： | 溃疡性结肠炎（UC）又称非特异性溃疡性结肠炎,临床表现主要为持续不愈或反复发作的腹痛、腹泻、黏液脓血便。笔者临证时常将溃疡性结肠炎分为脾虚湿热型、脾肾阳虚型、肝脾不和型、阴血亏虚型,运用中药进行辨证论治。在采用药物治疗的同时,还常注意采用情志调摄、食疗、灌肠等方法进行配合治疗,以达到满意的治疗效果。

| Abstract: | Ulcerative colitis is also named nonspecific ulcerative colitis.The main clinical manifestations are continual or recurrent abdominal pain,diarrhea with pus-blood.UC were divided into spleen deficiency and damp-heat,deficiency of spleen and kidney,disharmony of liver and spleen,deficiency of yin and blood.It showed better efficacy when using Chinese herbs along with expressing emotion,dietotherapy and enteroclysis. |
