| 摘 要： | 目的：观察金龙胶囊治疗中晚期大肠癌的临床疗效和不良反应。方法：将64例晚期大肠癌患者随机分为两组,两组均用FolFox4方案化疗,治疗组加服金龙胶囊4粒,每日3次。结果：治疗组临床症状、生活质量、疗效、不良反应优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：金龙胶囊联合化疗治疗晚期大肠癌,可显著改善症状、提高生存质量。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe clinical curative effect and adverse effect of Jin Long capsule on middle and late cancer of colon. Methods：64 cases of cancer were divided randomly into treatment team and control team,all of them were adopted FolFox4 project,added Jin Long capsule to treatment tean 4 pill,3 times one day. Results：Clinical symptom quality of life curative effect and adverse effect of treatment team are better than them of control team（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion：Jin Long capsule with chemotherapy on middle and late cancer of colon can improve symptom and boost quality of life notablely. |
