| 摘 要： | 目的：手术结合中药治疗精索静脉曲张不育患者精液质量变化的临床观察;方法：把70例精索静脉曲张患者分成治疗组（35例）,对照组（35例）。治疗组术后口服自拟方三个月;对照组为仅行手术治疗的患者。结果：治疗组的精子密度、精子活率、精子活力（a＋b）较对照组均有明显改善;结论：手术结合中药可明显改善精索静脉曲张不育患者的精液质量。

| Abstract: | Objective：surgery combined TCM varicocele infertility patients with clinical observation of the semen quality changes. Methods：70 cases of varicocele patients were divided into treatment group （ 35） and the control group （ 35）.
