针刀配合中药治疗神经根型颈椎病

摘    要:摘要:目的:观察针刀配合中药手法治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:302例神经根型颈椎病患者,采用针刀配合中药辨证及手法治疗,分别于首次治疗后,即刻、14d、30d,0.5a后采用VAS(视觉模拟评分法)评分进行疗效评价。结果:首次治疗后,即刻、14d、30d,0.5a临床症状明显改善,经中药汤剂及手法14d-0.5a的治疗,VAS评分改善明显,治疗前后差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论:针刀配合中药、手法治疗神经根型颈椎病,能迅速改善疼痛症状,效果确切。

Abstract:Objective : To assess the clinical effect of the needle scalpel close loosening therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine and manual therapy in the treatment of the cervical syndrome of nerve root type. Methods : 302 cases with cervical syndrome of nerve root type were treated with needle scalpel close loosening therapy , VAS scales were used to evaluate curative effect at 0 day, the 2nd week and l th,6 month after treatment, respectively. Results: patients pain was immediately and remarkably improved after the first treatment after 2 weeks 30 d, 0.5 a of treated by Chinese herbal medicine, the scores of VAS improved manifestly and there was significant difference between the results before and after the treatment (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: The treatment of needle scalpel close loosening therapy with traditional Chinese medicine and manual therapy can relive pain immediately and is an effective method for cervical syndrome of nerve root type.
