中西医结合治疗小儿喘憋性肺炎临床研究

目的：探讨中西医结合治疗喘憋性肺炎的临床效果。方法：120例喘憋性肺炎患儿随机分为单纯西医治疗组和中西医结合治疗组,进行疗效对比观察。两组患儿治疗前基本情况差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结果：中西医结合治疗组患儿的咳嗽、喘息、紫绀、呼吸困难、肺部啰音等持续时间以及总病程均比单纯西医治疗组明显缩短,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗喘憋性肺炎效果优于单纯西医治疗。

Clinical Research of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Treating Pediatric Asthma Suppress Pneumonia

Objective：To investigate the clinical effect ofintegrated chinese and western medicine treatment of asthma itcwm suppress pneumonia.Methods：120 patients with asthma suppress pneumonitis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.Two groups of children before treatment has no significant differences between the basic situation.Results：The children ofintegrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment group Gan purple,cough,panting,difficulty breathing,lung＇s sound and total duration of western medicine treatment group compared with the control are obviously reduced,there is a significant difference.Conclusion：Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of asthma suppress pneumonia effect is better than pure western medicine therapy.
