泽漆总黄酮不同提取方法比较研究

目的：筛选泽漆总黄酮的提取方法,为充分利用开发泽漆总黄酮资源提供科学依据。方法：采用超声提取法,渗漉提取法,回流提取法,索氏提取法,冷浸提取法5种方法,以芦丁为考察指标,通过分光光度法对总黄酮含量进行精密测定,对提取效率进行综合分析比较。结果：5种提取方法所得总黄酮含量依次为：超声提取法（10.239 1 mg·g-1）〉渗漉提取法（7.777 6mg·g-1）〉回流提取法（6.163 9 mg·g-1）〉索氏提取法（5.079 0 mg·g-1）〉冷浸提取法（2.900 1 mg·g-1）,超声提取法所得总黄酮含量最高。结论：超声提取法应用于泽漆总黄酮的提取,具有提取速度快,提取效率高的优点。

Comparison Study on Extraction Methods of Total Flavonoids in Euphorbia Helioscopia

Objective ： To screen the extracting method of total flavones in helioseopia, and to provide scientific basis for helioscopia total flavones resources development. Methods ： Using five kinds of extraction methods ： ultrasonic, diacolation, reflux, soxhlet and cold-macera- tion. Rutin as examining index, by spectrophotometry to precision measurement of flavones content, comprehensive analysis and comparison of extraction efficiency. Results ： Total content of flavones gained by five kinds of extraction method is followed by ： ultrasonic extrac- tion（10. 239 1 mg · g -1 ） 〉 diacolation extraction（7.777 6 mg · g -1 ） 〉 refluxing extraction（6. 163 9 mg· g -1 ） 〉 soxhlet extraction （5. 079 0 mg · g -1 ） 〉 cold-maceration extraction （2. 900 1 mg · g -1 ） , ultrasonic extraction flavones content is highest. Conclusion ： The ultrasonic extraction method is applied to the extraction of hefioscopia total flavones, with the advantage of extraction speed and high extraction effciency.
