透穴手法按摩配合针灸治疗肩关节周围炎临床研究

目的：观察透穴手法按摩配合针灸治疗肩关节周围炎的临床疗效。方法：将120例肩关节周围炎患者,随机分为两组,每组各为60例,试验组采用透穴手法按摩,先以内功透穴,再进行点按经络,然后用仰卧提拉法治疗,再配合针灸刺络法治疗。对照组单独采用针灸刺络法治疗。每次治疗共计30 min,隔日1次,10次为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程后统计结果。结果：试验组显效48例,有效10例,无效2例,有效率96.7%;对照组显效36例,有效16例,无效8例,有效率86.7%。结论：透穴手法按摩配合针灸治疗肩关节周围炎具有较好疗效。

Clinical Research on Through Hole Technique of Acupuncture and Massage for the Treatment of Periarthritis of Shoulder

Objective ：To observe the through hole technique of acupuncture and massage for the treatment of the clinical curative effect of periarthfitis of shoulder. Methods ： 120 patients with periarthritis of shoulder were randomly divided into two groups, each group of 60 cases, a group for experimental group, the acupuncture point massage, first to internal work through hole, and then click on the meridian, final reoccupy lie on your back,pulling method treatment is acupuncture winding method of treatment;A set of control group, treatment by acupuncture collaterals method separately. A total of 30 minutes per treatment, 1 day, 10 times for a period of treatment, treatment af- ter a com~e of statistical results. Results ： After one course of treatment,in the experimental group ,48 cases had marked effect, 10 cases were improved,2 had no effect, the total effective rate was 96.7% ;in the control group,36 cases had marked effect, improvement in 16 cases,8 no effect, the total effective rate was 86.7%. Conclusion：Through hole technique of acupuncture and massage for the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder has good curative effect.
