徐福松教授学术思想探讨

徐福松教授认为男科病的病理特点之一是正虚邪恋、虚实夹杂,故常用扶正祛邪、消补兼施法施治,使消中有补不会克伐正气、补中有消毋虑留滞邪气;在辨治男科病时,主张主病辨证、勿忘整体,辨证之度、量度施治,辨清标本、治本顾标,多方辨证、兼顾治之;强调男科病的辨证以全身和局部相结合,诊断以宏观和微观相结合,治疗以辨证和辨病相结合;指出男科病大凡病发于肝、膀胱、心者以实证居多,病发于肾、脾,肺者以虚证居多,故确立男科病的内治法则是实则治肝、治膀胱、治心为主,虚则治肾、治脾、治肺为主。

Academic Ideas Discussion on Professor Xu Fusong

Professor Xu Fusong believes that one of the pathological features of the male disease is deficient vital qi leading to lingering of pathogen, intermingled deficiency and excess, it is commonly used method of strengthening the body resistance and eliminating fac- tors,simultaneous dispersion and supplementation,so that not hurting healthy qi and not leaving pathogenic qi. In the treatment of male diseases,professor Xu advocates the main disease syndrome,not forgetting the whole,syndrome differentiation according to the degree, distinguishing the root and the symptoms,treating both the root and the symptoms, multi - syndrome differentiation and treatment ; syn- drome differentiation andrology disease with combination of overall and local syndrome differentiation, diagnosis by combining the macro and micro,treatment in differentiation of syndrome and disease combined;Professor Xu points out male disease with the majority of ex- cess syndrome in liver, bladder, heart, deficiency in kidney, spleen,lung, so internal therapy of male disease is excess syndrome mainly treatment of liver, bladder, heart, and deficiency mainly treatment of kidney, spleen,lung.
