下法对脑出血大鼠神经细胞凋亡的影响

目的：探讨中医下法对实验性脑出血大鼠神经凋亡细胞的保护作用。方法：雄性SD大鼠随机分为对照组、脑出血组、大黄治疗组、番泻叶治疗组，采用自体血缓慢注射法制作大鼠急性脑出血（intracerebral hemorrhage，ICH）模型，观察大鼠神经症状评分和脑组织病理学改变，以及大黄、番泻叶对神经细胞凋亡影响。结果：①脑出血组、大黄治疗组、番泻叶治疗组的神经症状评分较对照组大鼠显著增高（P〈0．01）；大黄治疗组、番泻叶治疗组较脑出血组显著降低（P〈0．01）；大黄治疗组较番泻叶治疗组显著降低（P〈0．05）。②病理观察结果显示：脑出血组、大黄治疗组、番泻叶治疗组脑组织均发生了不同程度的损伤，大黄治疗组、番泻叶治疗组与脑出血组比较，脑组织病理损伤减轻，正常神经元细胞数目显著增加。（3）大黄治疗组、番泻叶治疗组发生表达的TUNEL阳性细胞较脑出血组均显著减少（P〈0．05）。结论：中医下法对实验性脑出血损伤神经细胞凋亡具有神经保护作用。

Influence of Purgative Method on Nerve Cell Apoptosis of Cerebral Hemorrhage Rats

Objective：To study the protective effect of Chinese medicine purgative method on nerve cell apoptosis of experimental cerebral hemorrhage rats. Methods：male SD rats were randomly divided into the control group, the cerebral hemorrhage group,rhubarb treat- ment group, senna treatment group. Used autologous blood slowly injections to make intracerebral hemorrhage （ICH） model rats. Ob- served neural symptom scores and brain tissue pathological changes of rats, and the impact of rhubarb, senna on nerve cell apoptosis. Resuhs：（~）The nerve symptom scores of cerebral hemorrhage group, rhubarb treatment group, senna treatment group rats were signifi- cantly higher than the control group （P 〈 0.01 ） ;Rhubarb treatment group and senna treatment group were decreased significantly com- pared with cerebral hemorrhage group （ P 〈 0.01 ） ; Rhubarb treatment group was decreased significantly compared with senna treatment group（P 〈0.05 ）. ~）The pathological observation results showed that brain tissue of cerebral hemorrhage group, rhubarb treatment group and senna treatment group all had different degrees of damage, rhubarb and senna treatment groups had loss cerebral pathological damage and significantly increase of normal neurons number compared with cerebral hemorrhage group. （~）The occurance of TUNEL positive cells expression of rhubarb treatment group, senna treatment group were significantly reduced compared with the cerebral hemor- rhage group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Chinese medicine purgative method has neuroprotective effect on nerve cell apoptosis of experimental cerebral hemorrhage injury.
