论不同健康状态的体质辨识

健康状态可以分为健康、亚健康和疾病3种状态，分别对应无病无证、病浅证微和病甚证显3种状态，每种健康状态的个体均呈现特定的体质类型。对于无病无证和病浅证微者，可以采用中医体质自评量表进行体质辨识；对于病甚证显者，应采用中医体质自评量表自评和医者他评相结合的原则进行体质辨识，并严格制定纳入标准和排除标准。

Body Constitution Identification of Different Health Status

Health can be divided into three states of health, sub-health and illness, corresponding disease-free, disease shallow and dis- ease certificate. Each health state of individuals shows a particular physical type. The disease-free and disease shallow can be given self-assessment lists of traditional Chinese medicine physique for physical identification. The disease certificate should be given physical i- dentification of combination of self-assessment lists of TCM constitution and doctor assessment. It should strictly formulate the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.
