| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中医辨证施治非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)的治疗效果.方法:将180例NAFLD患者按区组随机法5∶1分成中药治疗组150例和对照组30例.中药治疗组经辨证后分为湿热内蕴、脾虚湿痰、肝郁脾虚、痰瘀互结、肝肾不足5个证型,分别予以连朴饮、二陈汤合平胃散、柴胡疏肝散、血府逐瘀汤合二陈汤、一贯煎合二至丸随证加减;...
