金匮肾气汤联合冬病夏治贴敷治疗支气管哮喘缓解期患者40例

目的:观察金匮肾气汤联合冬病夏治贴敷治疗支气管哮喘缓解期的临床疗效。方法:将82例支气管哮喘缓解期患者随机分为对照组42例和观察组40例,对照组给予西医常规治疗,观察组给予金匮肾气汤联合冬病夏治贴敷治疗。治疗6个月后,比较2组的症状总评分、哮喘控制测试量表(ACT)评分及用力肺活量(FVC)、第一秒用力呼气量(FEV1)等指标,并进行安全性分析。结果:症状总评分和ACT评分治疗前后2组组内比较,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后组间比较,差异也有统计学意义(P0.05)。FVC和FEV1治疗前后2组组内比较,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后组间比较,差异也有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗期间,2组无不良反应发生,无脱落病例。结论:金匮肾气汤联合冬病夏治贴敷治疗支气管哮喘缓解期患者,可改善临床症状,能够提升患者的肺功能,且药物安全性好。

Clinical Observation on JinGui ShenQi Tang Combined with Winter Disease Cured in Summer Acupoint Application in the Treatment for 40 Cases of Bronchial Asthma at Remission Stage

Objective: To survey curative effects of JinGui ShenQi Tang combined with winter disease cured in the summer acupoint application in treating bronchial asthma at remission stage. Methods: All 82 patients were ran-domly allocated to 42 cases of the control group and 40 cases of the observation group, the control group accepted routine treatment of western medicine, and the observation group JinGui ShenQi Tang combined with winter disease cured in the summer acupoint application. Total scales of the symptoms, ACT scales, FVC, FEV1 and other indexes of both groups were compared after they were treated for six months, and the safety was analyzed. Results: The dif-ference had statistical meaning in the comparison of total scales of the symptoms and ACT scales between before and after treating (P<0.05); there was statistical difference in the comparison after treating between both groups (P<0.05). The difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons of FVC and FEV1 between before and after treating within two groups (P<0.05); the difference had statistical meaning in the comparison after treating between both groups (P<0.05). No adverse reaction happened during therapeutic period and no case dropped. Conclusion:JinGui ShenQi Tang combined with winter disease cured in the summer acupoint application in treating bronchial asthma at remission stage could improve clinical symptom and lung function with good safety of the medicine.
