中医综合护理干预慢性鼻炎效果观察

目的:观察艾灸、耳穴贴压等中医综合护理干预慢性鼻炎的效果。方法:将慢性鼻炎患者92例随机分为对照组和治疗组各46例,对照组给予常规护理,治疗组在对照组基础上给予中医综合护理干预如艾灸、耳穴贴压及情志护理。随访半年,比较2组临床效果及生活质量改善情况。对治愈患者随访1年,观察复发情况。结果:治疗组临床症状、生活质量均得到改善。半年后,治疗组总有效率为93.5%,高于对照组的67.4%(P0.05),治疗组治疗后鼻炎积分显著低于对照组;经1年随访,2组均有复发,对照组复发率高于治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗组在躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能等方面的评分均高于对照组(P0.05)。结论:对慢性鼻炎患者实施情志护理并配合艾灸、耳穴贴压临床效果满意,能减少复发。

Observation on the Effects of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention for the Patients with Chronic Rhinitis

Objective:To observe the effects of comprehensive nursing such as moxa-moxibustion, auricular point sticking and others in intervening chronic rhinitis. Methods:All 92 patients were randomized into the control group and the treatment group, 46 cases each group, the control group accepted routine care, and the treatment group comprehensive nursing such as moxa-moxibustion, auricular point sticking and emotional care on the foundation of routine care. Clinical effects and the improvements of life quality in both groups were compared after following for half of the year. The relapse conditions were observed after following up the cured patients. Results:Clinical symp-toms and life quality of the treatment group improved. In half of the year, total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.5%, obviously higher than 67.4% of the control group (P<0.05). Rhinitis scores of the treatment group were lower than these of the control group after treating; during the period of follow-ups in one year, the rhinitis reap-peared in both groups, the relapse rate of the control group was higher than that of the treatment group, and the dif-ference had statistical meaning(P<0.05). The treatment group was higher than the control group in the scores of so-matic functions, psychological functions, social function and others notably (P<0.05). Conclusion:Emotional nurs-ing combined with moxa-moxibustion and auricular point sticking for the patients with chronic rhinitis could obtain satisfying effects in clinic, and the therapy could reduce the relapse.
