辨证论治慢性牙周炎86例

目的:观察中医辨证论治慢性牙周炎的临床疗效。方法:将172例患者随机分为观察组、对照组各86例。2组均给予传统牙周炎基础疗法,观察组在此基础上给予中药辨证论治。均连续治疗14天后观察2组治疗前后菌斑指数(PLI)、牙龈指数(GI)、牙周袋探诊深度(PD)等指标的变化情况及临床疗效和复发率。结果:总有效率观察组为80.23%,对照组为60.47%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);PD、PLI及GI治疗前后2组组内比较,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);复发率对照组为20.73%,观察组为3.57%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:中医辨证论治慢性牙周炎疗效确切,不易复发。

Treating 86 Cases of Chronic Peridentitis by Syndrome Differentiation

Objective:To observe clinical effects of syndrome differentiation and treatment in treating chronic peridentitis. Methods:All 172 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, 86 cases each group. Both groups accepted basic therapy of traditional peridentitis, the observation group were given syndrome differentiation and treatment. After both groups were treated for 14 days consecutively, the relapse rate, clinical effects and the changes of plaque index (PLI), gingival index (GI), probing depth (PD) of periodontal pocket of both groups were observed. Results: Total effective rate of the observation group was 80.23%, higher than 60.47% of the control group, and the difference had statistical meaning between both groups (P<0.05);the difference showed statistical meaning in the comparisons of PD, PLI and GI in both groups before and after treatment (P<0.05);the difference had statistical meaning between both groups after treating (P<0.05). The relapse rate of the control group was 20.73%, higher than 3.57%of the observation group, and the difference had statistical meaning (P<0.05). Conclusion:Syndrome differentiation and treatment is effective in treating chronic peridentitis, and it could prevent the recurrence.
