浮针联合脊痹丸治疗腰椎间盘突出症47例

目的:观察浮针联合脊痹丸治疗腰椎间盘突出症(Lumbar disc herniation,LDH)的临床疗效。方法:将96例患者随机分为对照组49例和治疗组47例,对照组予以西乐葆口服联合腰椎牵引治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用浮针疗法及脊痹丸口服治疗,2组均连续治疗4周。观察2组临床疗效及治疗前后疼痛VAS评分的变化情况。结果:总有效率观察组为93.62%,对照组为77.55%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。VAS评分治疗前后2组组内比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:浮针联合脊痹丸治疗LDH能明显减轻患者疼痛,临床疗效明显。

Floating Needle Combined with JiBi Pill in the Treatment for 47 Cases with Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objective: To observe the curative effect of floating needle combined with JiBi pill in the treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation(LHD). Methods: 96 patients were randomly divided into the control group (n = 49) and treatment group (n = 47). The control group was treated with oral Celebrex combined with lumbar trac-tion treatment, and the observation group added with floating needle therapy and JiBi pill therapy based on the treat-ment in the control group. Both of the two groups were treated for four weeks. The clinical efficacy and pain VAS score changes of the two groups were observed before and after treatment. Results: The total effective rate was 93.62% in the observation group while the control group was 77.55%. The difference was statistically significant be-tween the twogroups (P<0.05). Compared with the VAS score before and after treatment within the two groups, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Compared among groups after treatment, the difference was statisti-cally significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Floating needle combined with JiBi pill in treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation can obviously relieve the pain of the patients, and the clinical effect is obvious.
