黄芪注射液穴位注射对慢性盆腔炎患者机体炎症反应及性生活质量的影响

目的:探讨黄芪注射液穴位注射治疗对慢性盆腔炎患者机体炎症反应及性生活质量的影响。方法:将80例患者,按照随机数字法分为观察组和对照组,各40例,对照组给予氟罗沙星片,观察组在对照组基础上给予黄芪注射液穴位注射,选择关元、子宫及三角三穴进行穴位注射,比较2组干预后1周炎症相关因子:白介素6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白介素1(IL-1)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平变化情况,干预后3个月女性性功能指数(FSFI)评分,干预后2组性生活时性唤起时间及性生活频率,统计2组临床症状改善时间。结果:干预后观察组IL-6、TNF-α、IL-1、hs-CRP水平均低于对照组(P0.05),干预后3个月,观察组FSFI评分各项得分均优于对照组(P0.05),观察组性生活时性唤起时间短于对照组(P0.05),每月性生活次数大于对照组(P0.05)。结论:针对慢性盆腔炎患者使用黄芪注射液穴位注射,能有效降低机体炎症反应,提高患者性生活质量,缓解临床症状。

Effects of Point Injection with HuangQi Injection on Body Inflammatory Response and Sexual Life Quality of Patients with Chronic Pelvic Inflammation

Objective: To study the effects of point injection with HuangQi Astragalus membranaceus (Fisch.) Bunge.] injection on body inflammatory response and sexual life quality of patients with chronic pelvic inflammation. Methods: 80 patients with chronic pelvic inflammation were divided into the observation group and the control group by randomized method, and 40 cases each group. The control group was treated with fleroxacin tablets, the observation was also treated by point injection with HuangQi injection based on the therapy the control group accepted,. The injected points were GuanYuan (CV4), ZiGong(EX16) and three points in the triangle. Related inflammatory cytokines(such as level changes of IL-6, TNF-α, IL-1 and hs-CRP) of two groups in one week after the intervention, FSFI scores after three months' intervention, sexual arousal time and sexual life frequencies of two groups after intervention were compared. The clinical symptoms improvements time of two groups were recorded. Results: IL-6, TNF-α, IL-1 and hs-CRP of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after intervention (P<0.05). After three months' intervention, FSFI score of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05), and sexual arousal time of the observation group was faster than that of the control group(P<0.05). Monthly sexual life frequency of the observation group was more than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of point injection with HuangQi injection to patients with chronic pelvic inflammation can effectively decrease body inflammatory response, improve sexual life quality and relieve clinical symptoms.
