| Abstract: | The relevant theoretical research and development of myofascial trigger point were reviewed from the definition, mechanisms of pain, analgesia principle, application of acupuncture trigger point to the treatment for pain, the correlation between the trigger points and acupoints, therefore to clarify the research significance and clinical value. |
