独一味胶囊治疗慢性牙髓炎75例

目的:观察在西医常规治疗的基础上采用独一味胶囊治疗慢性牙髓炎的临床疗效。方法:将150例患者按随机数字法分为对照组与观察组各75例。2组均给予一次性根管治疗术治疗,对照组术后给予甲硝唑片、阿司匹林肠溶片等常规治疗,观察组同时加用独一味胶囊治疗。比较2组术后未用药时及药物治疗第7天时疼痛评分、牙龈指数评分及疼痛次数。结果:疼痛评分、疼痛次数及牙龈指数评分2组治疗前后组内比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05),治疗后组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:在西医常规治疗的基础上采用独一味胶囊治疗慢性牙髓炎有助于减轻疼痛程度,减少每日疼痛次数,控制牙龈出血、炎症。

Treating 75 Cases Chronic Pulpitis with Duyiwei Capsules

Objective: To observe the clinical effects of DuYiWei capsules to treat chronic pulpitis on the basis of routine treatment with western medicine. Methods: All 150 patients were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table, each group included 75 cases. The two groups were administrated one-visit endodontics, after the treatment, the control group was routinely treated with medicine like metronidazole tablets and aspirin enteric-coated tablets,DuYiWei capsules were added to the observation group at the same time. A comparison of the pain score, gingival index score and the pain times was done between the two groups after the treatment without administration and the seventh day of medication. Results: The differences of intra-group comparison of the two groups on the pain score, the pain times and gingival index score before and after the treatment were significant(P<0.05), and there were significant differences between the two groups after the treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion: It is helpful to relieve the pain degree, reduce the daily pain times and control gingival bleeding and inflammation to treat chronic pulpitis with Duyiwei capsules on the basis of routine treatment with western medicine.
