| 摘 要： | 目的:观察快速康复护理在腹腔镜胆囊切除患者中的应用效果。方法:将100例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,对照组患者择期手术并给予普通常规护理,观察组患者给予快速康复护理,比较2组患者术后第1次下床活动时间、术后肛门排气时间、住院天数、住院总费用及术后疼痛程度。结果:术后1、6小时疼痛评分2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。术后肛门排气、术后第1次下床活动时间、住院天数、住院总费用2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:将快速康复理念运用于腹腔镜胆囊切除患者的围手术期护理中,可以有效减轻术后疼痛程度,加速术后康复,缩短住院天数。

Application Effect of Fast Rehabilitation Nursing on the Patients with Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy |

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the application effect of fast rehabilitation nursing on the patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods:All 100 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,50 cases in each group.The control group was given scheduled operation and conventional nursing,and the observation group was given the fast rehabilitation nursing.The time of the first off-bed activity and bowel movement after surgery,hospital stays,inpatients'expenses and postoperative pain degree were compared.Results:Compared the pain score in first and sixth hour after the surgery,the difference was significant (P＜ 0.05).Compared the bowel movement and time of the first off-bed activity after surgery,hospital stays,inpatients'expenses of two groups,there were significant differences (P＜0.05).Conclusion:The application of the fast rehabilitation nursing for patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy during perioperative stage can effectively relieve the post-operative pain degree,accelerate the postoperative rehabilitation and reduce the hospital stays. |
