大黄内服配合芒硝外敷治疗重症急性胰腺炎患者43例

目的：观察大黄泻下配合芒硝外敷治疗重症急性胰腺炎的临床效果。方法：将83例重症急性胰腺炎患者随机分为对照组与治疗组,对照组40例给予常规治疗,治疗组43例在常规治疗的基础上加用大黄泻下配合芒硝外敷治疗,观察对比2组患者腹痛及腹胀缓解时间、首次排便时间、住院天数及死亡率。结果：与对照组相比,治疗组患者腹痛及腹胀缓解时间、首次排便时间、住院天数均明显缩短（P〈0.05）,死亡率显著降低（P〈0.05）。结论：在综合治疗的基础上加用大黄泻下配合芒硝外敷治疗可显著缩短重症急性胰腺炎患者的腹痛及腹胀缓解时间、首次排便时间、住院天数,从而降低死亡率。

DaHuang for Oral Administration Combined with MangXiao for External Use in Treating 43 Patients with Severe Acute Pancreatitis

Objective： To observe clinical effects of Dahuang and MangXiao in treating severe acute pancreatitis （SAP）. Method： All 83 patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. 40 cases in control group received routine treatment, treatment group took MangXiao and were applied with MangXiao externally. Mortality, hospital days, first defecation time, remission time of abdominal pain and distention in patients were observed. Result： Compared with control group, remission time of abdominal pain and abdominal distention, first defecation time and hospital days of patients in treatment group shortened （P〈0.05）, mortality decreased obviously （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Comprehensive treatment combined with DaHuang and external application with MangXiao can obviously reduce re- mission days of abdominal pain and distension, first defecation time and hosDital days. therefore to lower mortality.
