血柱通对超早期中小量脑出血患者血肿扩大的影响

目的：探讨血栓通对超早期中小量脑出血患者血肿扩大的影响。方法：将243例超早期中小量脑出血患者随机分为治疗组113例、对照组130例，对照组给予西医常规治疗，治疗组在西医常规治疗的基础上予静脉滴注标准剂量的血栓通针剂。2组患者均在出血后24小时、1周复查颅脑CT。比较2组出血量的变化。结果：治疗24小时后、治疗1周后2组血肿扩大率比较无明显差异（P〉0．05）。结论：血栓通与中小量脑出血患者发生血肿体积扩大无明显相关性。

Effects of XueShuanTong on Hematoma Enlargement of the Patients Suffering from Cerebral Hemorrhage with Moderate Amount of Bleeding at Super Early Stage

Objective： To investigate the influence of XueShuanTong on hematoma enlargement of the patients suffering from cerebral hemorrhage with moderate amount of bleeding at super early stage. Method： All 243 patients were randomly divided into 113 cases of the treatment group and 130 cases of the control group. The control group received routine treatment of Western Medicine and the treatment group intravenous dripping of XueShuanTong. Cranial computed tomography of the patients in both groups were preformed in 24 hours after bleeding and in one week. The changes of bleeding amounts were compared between both groups. Result： The comparisons between both groups in hematoma enlargement rates showed insignificant difference after treating for 24 hours and one week （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： XueShnanTong shows no relevance to hematoma enlargement of the patients suffering from cerebral hemorrhage with moderate amount of bleeding.
