协同护理模式对胃癌术后化疗患者心理健康和自我护理能力的影响

目的：探讨协同护理模式对胃癌术后化疗患者心理健康和自我护理能力的影响。方法：将50例胃癌根治术后化疗患者随机均分为干预组和对照组,对照组给予肿瘤科常规护理,观察组实施协同护理模式。观察2组Zung焦虑自评量表（SAS）和Zung抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分变化,记录2组自我护理能力测定量表（ESCA）评分变化。结果：护理后2组SAS、SDS评分明显降低（P〈0.05）,但干预组降低较对照组显著（P〈0.05）。护理后,干预组健康知识水平、自我概念、自护责任感和自我护理技能评分显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：协同护理模式可有效改善胃癌术后化疗患者的心理健康,提高自我护理能力。

Impact of Collaborative Care Model on Mental Health and Self-care Ability of Chemotherapy Patients after the Operation of Gastric Carcinoma

Objective： To survey the influence of collaborative care model（CCM） on mental health and self-care ability of the patients who received chemotherapy after the surgery of gastric cancer. Methods： Fifty patients were randomized into the intervention group and the control group, the control grouper accepted routine care of oncology department and the intervention group CCM. The changes of Zung self-rating anxiety scale（SAS） and Zung self-rating depression scale（SDS） were observed, the changes of ESCA scales of both groups were recorded.Results： After the care, SAS and SDS scales of both groups were decreased obviously（P〈0.05）, but the decrease of the intervention group was more significant than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. After nursing, the intervention group was higher than the control group in the level of healthy knowledge, self-concept, self-care responsibility and self-care skills remarkably（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： CCM could effectively improve mental health of the patients who received chemotherapy after the surgery of gastric cancer and raise self-care ability.
