肢体功能训练对颅脑损伤患者肢体功能、神经功能和日常生活能力的影响

目的：观察肢体功能训练对颅脑损伤患者肢体运动功能、神经功能及日常生活能力的影响。方法：将72例患者随机分为2组,每组36例。对照组采取常规医护及常规康复训练,观察组在对照组的基础上实施分期肢体功能康复训练。结果：神经功能缺损程度（NIHSS）评分、Fugl-Meyer运动量表（FMA）、日常生活活动表量（ADL）评分、WHOQOL-BREF评分2组干预后均较干预前明显改善（P〈0.05）,观察组较对照组改善更明显（P〈0.05）。结论：肢体功能康复训练可有效缓解颅脑损伤患者的功能障碍,显著改善患者的肢体运动功能、神经功能及日常生活能力,提高患者的生存质量。

Effects of Body Function Training on Limb Function,Nerve Function and Activities of Daily Living of the Patients with Craniocerebral Injury

Objective： To observe the influence of body function training on limb function, nerve function and activities of living ability（ADL） of the patients with craniocerebral injury. Methods： All 72 patients were randomized into two group, 36 cases each group. The control group adopted routine care and simple rehabilitation training, the observation group were given with limb function rehabilitation training by stages on the base of routine care. Results： The scales of NIHSS, Fugl-Meyer（FMA）, ADL and WHOQOL-BREF of both groups were improved notably after intervention compared with before intervention（P〈0.05）, the improvement of the observation group was more obvious than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Body function training could effectively relieve functional disorder of the patients, remarkably improve limb function, nerve function and ADL of the patients and raise their life quality.
