川芎平喘合剂治疗慢性持续期支气管哮喘74例

目的：观察川芎平喘合剂治疗慢性持续期支气管哮喘患者的临床疗效。方法：将148例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各74例,对照组采用舒利迭治疗,治疗组采用川芎平喘合剂治疗。观察2组治疗前后白介素（IL）-4、IL-6、IL-8、IL-10的变化情况。结果：对照组显效率48.44%,总有效率62.16%;治疗组显效率71.62%,总有效率86.49%;显效率、总有效率2组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。IL-6、IL-8、治疗3个月后和6个月后2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;IL-4、IL-6、IL-8治疗9个月后2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;IL-4、IL-6、IL-8、IL-10治疗1年后2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：川芎平喘合剂治疗慢性持续期支气管哮喘临床疗效显著,且可降低IL-4、IL-6、IL-8水平。

ChuanXiong PingChuan Mixture in Treating 74 Cases of Chronic Bronchial Asthma at Persistent Period

Objective： To explore curative effects of ChuanXiong PingChuan mixture in treating chronic bronchial asthma at persistent stage. Methods： All 148 patients were randomized into the control group and the treatment group, the control group were treated by salmeterol and fluticasone propionate inhalation and the treatment group ChuanXiong PingChuan mixture. The changes of Interleukin-4（IL-4）, IL-6, IL-8 and IL-10 of both groups were observed before and after treating. Results： Markedly effective rate of the control group was 48.44%, total effective rate 62.16%; while markedly effective rate and total effective rate of the treatment group were 71.62% and86.49%; the difference was significant between both groups（P〈0.05）. The difference was notable in the comparison of IL-6 and IL-8 in three and six months after treating（P〈0.05）; The difference was striking in the comparison of IL-4, IL-6 and IL-8 in nine months after treating（P〈0.05）; also in IL-4, IL-6, IL-8 and IL-10 in one year after treating（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： ChuanXiong PingChuan mixture is effective in treating chronic bronchial asthma at persistent stage, and it could decrease the levels of IL-4, IL-6 and IL-8.
