复方大承气汤联合抗生素治疗腹部手术后粘连性肠梗阻40例

目的：观察复方大承气汤联合抗生素治疗腹部术后粘连性肠梗阻的临床疗效。方法：将80例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例，对照组予以常规对症支持治疗及应用抗生素治疗，观察组同时给予复方大承气汤，1剂/d，早晚保留灌肠。比较2组临床疗效及胃肠功能恢复时间、腹胀腹痛消失时间、平均治愈时间。结果：总有效率观察组为95%，对照组为72.5%，2组比较，差异显著（P＜0.05）。胃肠功能恢复时间、腹胀腹痛消失时间、平均治愈时间观察组均短于对照组（P＜0.05）。中转外科手术率对照组为27.5%，观察组为5.0%,2组比较差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论：复方大承气汤联合抗生素治疗腹部手术后粘连性肠梗阻疗效确切，能有效阻缓解临床症状，促进肠道功能快速恢复。

Compound DaChengQi Tang and Antibiotics in Treating 40 Patients with Adhesive Ileus after Abdominal Surgery

Objective：To observe curative effects of compound DaChengQi Tang and antibiotics in treating the patient with adhesive ileus after abdominal surgery. Methods：Eighty patients were allocated to the observation group and the control group randomly, 40 cases each group, the control group were given with supportive treatment and antibiotics, the observation group took compound DaChengQi Tang, one dose per day, for retentation enema in the morning and evening. Average healing time, disappearing time of abdominal distension and abdominal pain, recov-ery time of gastrointestinal function and curative effects of both groups were compared. Results：Total effective rate of the observation group was 95%, higher than 72.5%of the control group, the difference was striking （P〈0.05）. The observation group was shorter than the control group in average healing time, disappearing time of abdominal distension and abdominal pain, recovery time of gastrointestinal function （P〈0.05）. Transfer rate of surgical opera-tion in the control group was 27.5%, higher than 5.0%of the observation group, the difference was noticeable （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Therapeutic effects of compound DaChengQi Tang and antibiotics are better, superior to the effects of western medicine only, the therapy could effectively relieve clinical symptoms and promote rapid recovery of gas-trointestinal function.
