The Clinical Research on Chronic Renal Failure Treated with ShenShuaiNing Tablets

Objective：To study clinical effects of ShenShuaiNing tablets in treating chronic rend failure（CRF）.Method：96 cases with CRF were randomly divided into treatment group and group,all the patients were given of high quality low-protein and low-phosphorus and high calorie diet low-phosphorus and high calorie diet,decompression,diuresis anti-infection,Anemia Correction,correction water and acid-base balance were given,ect,the acidosis and so on,the control group were treated with Coated Aldehyde Oxystarch Capsules 5 g per time,3 times/d.The treatment group was treated with ShenShuaiNing tablets,6 tablets per time,3 times/d.A course of treatment was 45 days.Result：The total effective rate of treatment group（85.4%）,was much higher than of control group（41.7%）,with a significant difference between two groups（P0.01）.Urea nitrogen and creatinine of the treatment group decreased significantly after treatment,Hb was increase significantly,there was a significant difference compared with contral group（P0.01）.Conclusion：ShenShuaiNing tablet has advantages of safety,reliability,few adverse reactions and convenient in administration in treatment CRF,therefore deserving clinical develspment and applications.
