参芪扶正注射液对晚期非小细胞肺癌化疗患者免疫功能的影响

目的：观察参芪扶正注射液对晚期非小细胞肺癌（non-small-cell lung cancer,NSCLC）化疗患者细胞免疫功能的影响。方法：将70例初治晚期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分成2组,治疗组在化疗的同时给予参芪扶正注射液250 mL/d,静脉滴注,连用10天;对照组单用化疗。2组化疗方案、对症及支持治疗方法均相同,均以21天为1个周期,共化疗4个周期。观察2组化疗前后CD3＋、CD4＋、CD4＋/CD8＋、NK细胞的变化。结果：治疗组治疗后NK细胞与治疗前相比升高（P〈0.05）,对照组治疗后CD3＋、CD4＋、CD4＋/CD8＋、NK细胞较治疗前明显降低（P〈0.05）。结论：参芪扶正注射液配合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌,能提高患者机体的免疫功能。

Influence of ShenQi FuZheng Injection on Immune Function of Chemotherapeutic Patients with Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Objective： To explore the influence of ShenQi FuZheng injection on cellular immunity of chemothe- rapeutic patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Method： 70 cases of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer were randomized into 2 groups in initial treatment.Treatment group were continually given ShenQi FuZheng injection through intravenous infusion for 10 days, 250 ml/d. Control group were administered chemotherapy. The chemotherapy planning, symptomatic treatment and supportive treatment for 2 groups are equal,a course of treatment is 21 days, and both of the groups accepted 4 courses of treatment.The changes of CD3^＋. CD4^＋. CD4^＋/CD8^＋, NK cells were observed before and after chemotherapy. Result： Number of NK cells after the treatment was more than that before the treatment in the treatment group（P〈0.05）, while numbers ofCD3^＋, CD4^＋, CD4^＋/CD8^＋, NK cells were less than that before the treatment in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： ShenQi FuZheng injection combined with chemotherapy in treating advanced non-small cell lung cancer can improve the immunity of the patients.
