| 摘 要： | 目的:观察加味化肝煎治疗肝胃郁热型慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效.方法:选择中医辨证属肝胃郁热型慢性萎缩性胃炎80例,随机分为2组:治疗组47例,予以加味化肝煎;对照组33例,予以果胶铋和多潘立酮.结果:治疗组与对照组的总有效率分别为95.7%,75.8%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:加味化肝煎具有较好的清肝泻热,和胃止痛作用,治疗肝胃郁热型慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效满意.

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe curative effects of modified HuaGanJian in treating heat accumulation in liver and stomach of chronic atrophic gastritis.Method： 80 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis differentiated as type of heat accumulation in liver and stomach were randomized into 47 cases in treatment group administered with modified HuaGanJianand 33 cases in control group with colloidal bismuth pectin capsules and domperidone.Result： Total effective rate of treatment group is 95.7%,higher than 75.8% of control group with significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Modified HuaGanJian can purify the liver and clear heat,harmonize the stomach and relieve the pain,which can obtain satisfying effects in treating heat accumulation in liver and stomach of chronic atrophic gastritis. |
