| 摘 要： | 目的：观察益气通络方对奥沙利铂神经毒性的改善作用.方法：对接受奥沙利铂化疗的60例肿瘤患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例.治疗组在应用奥沙利铂化疗的同时配合益气通络方治疗,对照组单用化疗治疗.结果：治疗组神经毒性的发生率以及严重程度明显低于对照组,2组比较具有统计学差异（P〈0.05）.结论：益气通络方能有效改善奥沙利铂的神经毒性.
