初探妊娠期高血压疾病中医证型分布

目的：了解妊娠期高血压疾病的中医证型分布,为进一步分析该病临床多证型之间的联系作初步探讨。方法：对符合妊娠期高血压疾病西医诊断标准的患者进行中医症状分级量化评分,然后进行中医辨证分型,分析中医证候分型的分布情况,并探讨其规律。结果：720例妊娠期高血压患者中脑力劳动者为618例（85.8%）,体力劳动者为102例（14.2%）;20~29岁为354例（49.2%）,30~39岁为264例（36.7%）,40岁及以上为102例（14.2%）;居于前三位的中医证型分别为脾虚湿盛证162例（22.5%）、痰火上扰证120例（17.5%）、脾虚肝旺证114例（15.8%）。结论：本组调查的720例妊娠期高血压疾病患者中,脑力劳动者主要是与脾肾有关,体力劳动者主要与肝脾有关;年龄在40岁以前的患者主要与肝脾有关40岁及以上患者,主要与肝脾肾有关。

Distribution of TCM Patterns of Gestational Hypertension

Objective： To explore the connections among the patterns of gestational hypertension initially by investigating TCM patterns distribution of gestational hypertension. Methods： The symptoms of the patients were classified, quantified and scored, patterns of the patients were differentiated and analyzed, the distribution of TCM patterns were analyzed to grasp the laws. Results： Among 720 patients with gestational hypertension, 618 patients were brainworkers（85.8%）, 102 cases were manual workers（14.2%）; 354 patients were aged between 20 and 29years（49.2%）, 264 cases aged between 30 and 39（36.7%）, 102 cases at the age of 40 or elder than 40 years（14.2%）;the top three TCM patterns were 162 cases of damp abundance pattern due to spleen-deficiency（22.5%）, 120 cases of phlegm-fire up harassing pattern（17.5%） and 114 cases of spleen deficiency liver-Yang hyperactivity pattern（15.8%）. Conclusion： Among 720 patients investigated in the group, disease location of the brainworker concerns spleen and kidney, the manual worker is usually located at liver and spleen. The patients younger than 40 years are related to liver and spleen, the ones aged at 40 years and older than 40 years to liver, spleen and kidney.
