针刺肩三针穴及夹脊穴治疗肩周炎94例

目的：观察针刺肩三针穴及夹脊穴治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法：将134例患者随机分为观察组94例、对照组40例。2组均取肩三针穴（肩髃、肩髎、天宗）针刺治疗,观察组同时针刺颈4～7夹脊穴,1次/d,10次为1个疗程,治疗3个疗程后统计疗效。结果：治愈率观察组为72.3%,对照组为32.5%,2组相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。总有效率观察组为97.9%,对照组为87.5%,2组相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。肩关节关节活动度（RO）M及疼痛视觉模拟评分（VAS）治疗前后组内相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗后组间相比亦有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：针刺肩三针穴及夹脊穴针刺治疗肩周炎临床疗效显著。

Observation on Therapeutic Effects of 94 Cases of Periarthritis Humeroscapularis with Acupuncture

Objective： To explore therapeutic effect of acupuncture in treating periarthritis humeroscapularis.Method： All 134 patients were randomly assigned into 94 cases in observation group and 40 cases in control group.Both groups received needling three acupoints on shoulder which are Jianyu（LI 15）,Jianliao（SJ 14）,Tianzong（SI 11）,observation group received acupuncture at cervical paravertebral acupoints（EX-HN4～7）,once each time,one course of treatment was ten times,effects were observed after three courses of treatment.Result： Cure rate in observation group was 72.3%,higher than 32.5% in control group with statistical meaning（P0.05）.Total effective rate of observation group was 97.9%,superior to 87.5% of control group with statistical meaning（P0.05）.Comparisons of range of motions（ROM） for shoulder joint and visual analogue scale（VAS） before and after the treatment in one group showed statistical meaning（P0.05）;comparison between the groups after the treatment indicated statistical meaning（P0.05）.Conclusion： Acupuncture at three acupoints on shoulder and cervical paravertebral acupoints is effective in treating periarthritis humeroscapularis remarkably.
