高通量血透联合肾衰宁片对维持性血液透析患者微炎症状态的影响

目的：观察高通量血透联合肾衰宁片对维持性血液透析患者微炎症状态的影响。方法：将102例维持性血透患者随机分为对照组、高通组和观察组，每组34例。对照组采用常规透析方法透析，高通组采用高通量透析法透析，观察组采用高通量透析法联合肾衰宁片治疗。治疗周期3个月，3个月后观察炎症指标。结果：观察组治疗后炎症指标较治疗前明显降低（P＜0.05），较对照组和高通组治疗后也有明显降低，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：高通量血透联合肾衰宁片对维持性血液透析患者微炎症状态有一定的改善作用。

Influence of High-flux Hemodialysis and ShenShuaiNing Tablets on Mild Inflammation of the Patients with Maintenance Hemodialysis

Objective：To observe the influence of high-flux hemodialysis and ShenShuaiNing tablets on mild inflammation of the patients with maintenance hemodialysis. Methods： All 102 patients were randomized into the control group, high-flux group and the observation group, 34 cases each group. The control group received conven-tional hemodialysis, high-flux group high-flux hemodialysis and the observation group high-flux hemodialysis com-bined with ShenShuaiNing tablets. The course of the treatment was three months, the indexes of inflammation were observed in three months. Results：The indexes of inflammation after treating were decreased evidently compared with these before treating in the observation group （P〈0.05）, they were lowered after treating in the control group and high-flux group obviously, the difference showed statistical meaning （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： High-flux hemodialysis and ShenShuaiNing tablets could improve mild inflammation of the patients with maintenance hemodialysis to a certain degree.
