早期规范康复训练对急性脑卒中偏瘫患者的治疗价值

目的：观察早期规范康复训练对急性缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者康复的影响。方法：将急性脑卒中患者165例随机分为2组。对照组82例，观察组83例，对照组进行常规药物治疗，观察组在此基础上进行早期规范康复训练治疗。分别于治疗前和治疗后对2组患者Rankin评分、临床神经功能缺损程度评分（The Chinese Stroke Scale,CSS）、日常生活能力评分（ADL）和焦虑自评量表（SAS）评分进行比较。结果：治疗14、26天后观察组ADL评分高于对照组（P＜0.01），CSS评分低于对照组（P＜0.01）。结论：早期规范康复训练可显著提高急性缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者患肢运动功能，改善患者焦虑心理，增强患者日常生活能力和治疗的信心，提高生存质量。

Therapeutic Value of Early Normal Rehabilitation Training for Hemiplegic Patients Suffering from Acute Cerebral Apoplexy

Objective：To observe the effects of early normal rehabilitation training on the recovery of hemi-plegic patients suffering from acute cerebral apoplexy. Methods：All 165 patients were randomly allocated to 82 cas-es of the control group and 83 cases of the observation group. The control group received routine medicine and the＆amp;nbsp;observation group early normal rehabilitation training except the drugs. Rankin scale, CSS, ability of daily living （ADL） and SAS were compared before and after treating respectively. Results：ADL scale of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after treating for 14 days and 26 days （P＆lt;0.01）, CSS Scales were lower than these of the control group （P＆lt;0.01）. Conclusion：Early normal rehabilitation training could remarkably improve limb motor functions of hemiplegic patients with acute cerebral apoplexy, improve their anxiety, enhance ADL and the patients＆#39; confidence as well as raise life quality.
