| 摘 要： | 目的:观察丹红注射液对冠心病心绞痛并高脂血症临床及血液流变学的影响。方法:选择80例冠心病心绞痛并高脂血症患者,随机分为2组,对照组40例予常规治疗冠心病心绞痛药物,观察组40例在常规治疗基础上加用丹红注射液。结果:观察组心绞痛缓解有效率90.25%,明显优于对照组75.25%(P0.05),心电图改善有效率90.00%,明显优于对照组75.00%。治疗后2组血液流变学,血脂相关指标均有所改善,但观察组与对照组比较有显著差异性(P0.05)。结论:丹红注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛并高脂血症患者疗效确切,能够明显改善其血液流变学指标。
