关于延长中医研究生基层社会实践活动时间之我见

从便于观察中药处方疗效、利于增强学生就业实力、便于促进科研合作关系、避免社会实践流于形式、直面基层缺医少药现状、了解基层医疗条件改观、缓解当前严峻就业形势7个方面探讨延长中医研究生到基层进行社会实践活动时间的理由和必要性,为中医院校研究生开展社会实践活动提供借鉴。

My Opinions about Prolonging Social Practice Time of the Postgraduates Majored in TCM at the Grass-roots Units

The reasons and necessity of prolonging social practice time of the postgraduate majored in TCM at the grass-roots units were explored from seven aspects: easy to observe clinical effects of herbs, beneficial to enhancing the students' strength of getting a job, convenient to promote scientific cooperation, avoiding social practice becoming a mere formality, confronting current state of short of the doctor and medicine in the grass-roots unit, understanding the improvements of medical conditions in the grass-roots unit and alleviating current severe employment circumstances, hence, to provide the reference for the postgraduates in TCM colleges launching social practice.
