我国保健食品产品管理制度改革相关问题的探讨与建议

分析我国现有保健食品注册制度存在的主要问题,通过比较国内、外主要国家保健食品相关产品管理制度特点,结合修订《食品安全法》的新要求,对保健食品注册制度改革、注册与备案制度的界定、备案制度的实施等问题进行探讨并提出政策性建议,以期对主管部门及研究者提供借鉴与参考。

Exploration and Suggestions of the Related Issues of Health Food and Product Management Regulations Reform in China

Main issues existed in current health food registration system in China were analyzed, the reform of health food registration system, the definitions of registration and filing system, the implementation of filing system were explored and the policy suggestions were raised through comparing the features of main countries health food related-product management system at home and broad, combined with new requirements of revising food safety laws, in the wish of providing references for the main departments and researchers.
