| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨心理干预对全膝关节置换术患者焦虑的影响。方法：将行全膝关节置换术的患者60例随机分为干预组和对照组各30例。对照组行膝关节置换术常规护理,干预组在术前给予心理干预,采用焦虑自评量表（SAS）,由患者自评。结果：干预组焦虑状况明显改善,2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：心理干预可显著降低全膝关节置换术患者的焦虑程度。

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the influence of psychological intervention on the anxiety of the patients with total knee replacement （TKR）. Methods： Sixty patients were randomized into the intervention group and the control group. The control group received routine care of TKR, the intervention group psychological intervention before the surgery, the patients were judged with SAS by themselves. Results： The anxiety of the intervention group were improved notably, the difference had statistical meaning （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Psychological intervention could significantly reduce the anxiety of TKR patients |
