心理支持联合穴位干预护理对产后抑郁症的影响

目的：探讨心理支持联合穴位干预护理对产后抑郁症的影响。方法：将住院孕产妇154例随机分为观察组74例,对照组80例。2组均按照常规进行入院后宣教,包括入院介绍、住院环境、责任医生及护士、病房作息时间、注意事项等,同时,由接受过心理咨询技能培训的资深护士积极与孕产妇及家庭成员建立良好的护患沟通关系,予支持性心理护理和认知行为干预措施,在此基础上由责任护士给观察组孕产妇予穴位干预。结果：观察组产后7、21、42天产后抑郁发生率明显低于对照组。结论：在心理支持的同时配合中医穴位干预能明显降低产后抑郁症的发生率。

Influence of Suppportive Psychological Therapy and Acupoint Nursing Intervention on Postpartum Depression

Objective： To survey the influence of supportive psychological therapy and acupoint nursing intervention on postpartum depression. Methods： All 154 patients were randomly allocated to 74 cases of the observation group and 80 cases of the control group. Both groups received propaganda and education after hospitalization, including the introduction, orientation, responsibility of the doctor and nurses, ward timetable, notice and others, meanwhile, the senior nurses who received the training of psychological consultation could actively communicate with the patients and their family members to establish better nurse-patients relationship, and give the patients supportive psychological therapy and intervention measures of cognitive behavior, on the foundation the nurses administered the patients in the observation group acupoint nursing intervention. Results： Postpartum depression incidences of the observation group in seven, 21 and 42 days after the delivery were significantly lower than these of the control group. Conclusion： Supportive psychological therapy and acupoint nursing intervention could notably decrease the incidence of postpartum depression.
