The Clinical Research about Treating CIN Associated with High-type HPV Infection with LEEP United QiWei XiaoMiSan

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of treating cervical intraepithelial neoplasia（CIN）associated with human papillomavirus（HPV） infection with LEEP series combined QiWei XiaoMiSan.Methods：202 cases of chronic cervicitis,CIN Ⅰ-Ⅲ with HPV-positive were treated with LEEP surgery,after 12 months and 18 months respectively,detected the load of ervical HPV-DNA,while doing colposcopy examination and cervical biopsy.Results：After 12 months,about 70% of CIN Ⅰ-Ⅲ patients were converted to chronic inflammation;cervical HPV expression was significantly decreased,the negative rate was 82.18%,the CIN counter of low HPV load group and high load group exists significant difference（P = 0.000）.Conclusion：LEEP united QiWei XiaoMiSan can effectively control the further development of CIN,also can significantly reduced the expression of cervical HPV.The cervical lesions counter after combined treatment is closely related to the level of the load of HPV with postoperative high-risk.
