壮肾排毒颗粒对慢性肾衰患者血浆内皮素、一氧化氮、瘦素及胱抑素的影响

目的:观察壮肾排毒颗粒对慢性肾衰患者的血浆内皮素(ET)、一氧化氮(NO)、胱抑素(CysC)的影响。方法:60例慢性肾功能衰竭患者随机分为2组,治疗组30例口服壮肾排毒颗粒,对照组30例口服尿毒清颗粒,观察2组ET、NO、Leptin、CysC的变化。结果:治疗组ET、Leptin、CysC较对照组下降明显(P0.05),治疗组NO明显高于对照组(P0.05)。结论:壮肾排毒颗粒能够降低慢性肾功能衰竭患者ET、Leptin、CysC,升高NO,延缓慢性肾功能衰竭的进展。

The Effect of ZhuangShen PaiDu KeLi on Endothelin and Nitric Oxide and Cystatin in Patients with Chronic Renal Failure

Objective：To observe the effects of ZhuangShen PaiDu KeLi on endothelin（ET） and nitrogen monoxide （NO）and cystatin（CysC） on chronic renal failure（CRF）.Methods：60 patients with CRF were randomly divided into two groups.30 patients in treatment group were treated with ZhuangShen PaiDu KeLi;the other 30 patients in control group were treated with NiaoDuQing KeLi.The NO,ET,Leptin,CysC were detected in both groups.Results：There was a significant difference between the two groups（P 0.05）.Compared with those in control group,ET,CysC in treatment group decreased significantly（P 0.05）,and the NO intreatment group increased significantly（P 0.05）.Conclusion：ZhuangShen PaiDu KeLi can decrease the ET,Leptin,CysC and increase NO in patients with chronic renal failure,so which can delay the progress of chronic renal failure.
