| 摘 要： | 目的:总结中医特色治疗胫骨平台骨折术后患者患肢膝关节周围肿胀的疗效.方法:将46例患者随机分为A、B组.A组进行中医特色治疗(电针加桃红四物汤加减方)组,共26例;B组为静脉滴注注射用七叶皂苷钠组,共20例,治疗1周后观察疗效.结果:A组消肿总有效率为96.15%,B组消肿总有效率为70%,中医特色治疗组消肿效果优于静...
